Useful Information

Deposits & Rates

  • 1-3 tracks: Entire fee paid upfront.
  • 4 + tracks: Half of the fee as a deposit. Remainder of the fee paid on completion.

Before any work begins, part of, or the entire quoted project price must be paid. This is absolutely non-refundable once work has begun on a project. You will be invoiced for the remaining bill on completion of the project, which must be paid in full before finalized tracks are sent out.

All rates include VAT. No hidden charges.

Revisions

Any requests for revisions must be submitted within 30 days after the initial completion of the project.. One revision is allowed per track after the initial completed tracks, and a fee of £10 applied to each revision requested thereafter.

DVD’s, CD’s & Postage

Depending on the options available, you may want your projects sent to you backed up onto DVD, or your master tracks sent on CD. Each disk costs £1.50, and postage costs will be subject to your location. A quote will be given on request.

Additional Info

When mixing someone else’s work, it’s always best to receive the tracks as pure and unprocessed as possible. Please refrain from adding any plug-in effects such as EQ, compression, limiting, distortion, reverb, or anything else that alters the sonic properties of the file.

All major files and formats are accepted, as well as all sample rates. Just let us know in advance so we know what we’re working with.

How it works

You send us your raw data/project files, we tamper with them until stupid hours of the morning, and then we send them back! It couldn’t be simpler. Thanks to the digital age you can have an extremely small turn around time, even if you’re on the other side of the world.

Zip files are the preferred way of receiving project tracks (as opposed to a thousand emails with attached wavs!). We highly recommend hosting space such as Dropbox. Just download and install, then simply drag the zipped up project files into the Dropbox folder, and send us the link via email. Simple.
